Pioneer Crossing Elementary ends each semester with a celebration of students' work and inventiveness during their Project-Based Learning symposium.
The PBL symposium sees students at all grade levels going into the hallways to demonstrate a project and present on what they learned for staff, parents, administrators, and more. The projects highlight a problem the students were looking to address, and how they went about trying to solve that problem.
Many of the projects tackled real-world challenges pertaining to the environment, ecosystems, architecture, and entrepreneurship.
Pioneer Crossing is a New Tech Network school and uses the same approach to curriculum as Manor New Tech Middle and New Tech High, only focused on the elementary-level learners.
Congrats to the students who represented PCE so well!
